since her early 20s, Dr. Jan Yager has worked at Macmillan Publishing Company and Grove
Press. Published on the Op-Ed page of The New York Times when she was just 26,
her 13+ books have been translated into Russian, Spanish, Japanese, Dutch, as well as in
British and Indian editions. Her first national magazine article, about the high school
yearbook captions of numerous famous persons, published in McCall's when she was
25, was mentioned by Johnny Carson on The Tonight Show. Dr. Yager has been interviewed
on scores of TV and radio shows, on-line, and by newspapers, syndicates, and magazines
including THE TODAY SHOW, FOX NEWS, CBS THIS MORNING, CBS RADIO, THE WALL STREET REPORT,
NATIONAL PUBLIC RADIO, ASSOCIATED PRESS, USA TODAY, THE WALL STREET JOURNAL, THE NEW
YORK TIMES, and PEOPLE magazine. Her published books include the thriller UNTIMELY
DEATH, co-authored with her husband Fred, that the ASSOCIATED PRESS called "a
